Service Use

By using our service, you agree to:

• Use the service only for legal and appropriate events
• Not upload offensive, illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Not attempt to access other users' events or admin panels
• Not abuse the service through spam, bots or malicious activities
• Be responsible for all content uploaded to your event

User Content

Regarding the content you upload:

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload
• You grant us permission to store and display that content in your event
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights to upload photos of other people
• We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice

Service Limits

The service has the following limitations:

• Limit of 500 photos per event (may change without notice)
• Maximum file size of 10MB per photo
• Rate limits to prevent abuse (3 magic links per email every 15 min, 10 per IP every 15 min)
• We do not guarantee 100% service availability

Content Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or suspend events that violate these terms
• Remove inappropriate or offensive content
• Terminate accounts that abuse the service
• Modify or discontinue the service at any time

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of photos or data due to technical failures
• Damages caused by using or inability to use the service
• Content uploaded by users
• Service interruptions

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
